lic. iur. Diana Künzler

Lawyer and Mediator

I studied law at the University of Zurich and obtained the Swiss licentiate degree in 1994. In 1999 I was admitted to the Bar. Since my time at University I have continued to study mediation and additional dispute resolution processes. As I have always been particularly interested in interpersonal relations, I completed a further training in psychodynamic counselling in France in 2003. In 2007 I was awarded a diploma in body psychotherapy by the Core Energetics Institute in Bern.

After my graduation I worked in the legal department of a major Swiss bank in Zürich for nearly two years. I have held a senior position for more then 13 years, specialising in guardianship law and child protection. Since 2011 I have been working as a freelance lawyer in Lucerne, specialising in family law, in particular child and adult protection law, cohabitation law, matrimonial and divorce law. My area of expertise concerns interfaces between law and psychology.
